The National Board of Review announced its picks for oustanding films of 2010. Toy Story 3 was tapped for Best Animated Film, Pixar’s 5th consecutive win in the category.
Lee Unkrich’s latest was also listed as part of the Board’s Top 10 films of the Year. However, it did not take the highest honor, which instead went to an equally deserving film, The Social Network.
The National Board of Review will officially recognize its picks on January 11, 2010. Check out the Board’s official site for this year’s winners.

Your thoughts?
🙁 No We Belong Together nomination? Awwww.
Ugh….., they don’t nominate John Powell’s HTTYD score. This is what i hate from this kind of award. No offense to Randy Newman, but Randy is the worst “aged” composer in this world( the best are John Williams and legendary Goldsmith). The music in Toy Story 3 is the only minus i gave to this film.
Anyway, Great news to all TS3’ crews( still disappointed with the grammy nominations though).
