The good news— The Incredibles is finally available on Blu-ray!
The bad news— I haven’t installed an update on my Blu-ray player in so long that my preview copy won’t play until I get the latest firmware. Don’t fear, it’s coming in the mail, but this means that our review will come a bit late.
Although this will take longer than I had hoped, it may give those of you who are skeptical about buying The Incredibles on Blu-ray some time to think it over. For now, check out some of the new features you’ll find in this four-disc release (including a roundtable interview, Studio Stories and more) in the official press release.
Also, don’t forget that Cars has been re-issued on Blu-ray! If you’ve been holding off on buying the film, this is the perfect opportunity to re-watch the original before you head to the theatre this summer.
