IMdB is reporting that actor James Anthony Cotton will be a new character, ‘Chuckles’ the Clown, in the forthcoming Toy Story 3. This adds one more name to the list of new characters, such as Michael Keatton’s portrayal of Ken, to appear in the highly anticipated 2010 sequel. No word yet on who Ned Beatty will play.
