A friend of mine, {8thWonder} from KongisKing.net has been busily working away at doing screencaps from movies and he just did ‘The Incredibles‘. Very kindly of him, he has given me these screencaps to let you all download these fantastic screencaps!
Approximately a 2.1MB file and in .Zip format.
Here is my 2 favourite screencaps from the lot of 54 screencaps.
Thanks again {8thWonder}, you have done an excellent job!
EDIT: {8thWonder} has just kindly informed me that he has plans for doing the same for, Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc., A Bug’s Life and Toy Story. So who knows, me may still yet get those and have Pixar screencaps galore!

A word on screencaps:
I have been taking screenies from various movies for a while now, to use myself as messageboard signatures and wallpapers. Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Aliens, Jaws, and The Incredibles are what Ive done so far, with many many more to come.
I tried to take screencaps from my favorite Brad Bird film ‘The Iron Giant’, but the hard lines of The Giant made the screencaps look terrible. I was gutted to say the least.
I hesitated to do The Incredibles because I feared that ‘The Iron Giant Problem’ was one of animation, and not The Giant itself. Boy, was I wrong!
Using the VLC player’s “Snapshot” function while playing the film at 1/13th speed allows for great screencaps from live action and 3D CGI films. VLC saves the screens as .PNG format which can be easily converted to .JPG easily with most paint programs. The raw screens are also saved showing the entire screen, including the ‘black widescreen bands’ and sometimes an odd green line on the extreme right of the image. The screens posted here at UpcomingPixar have been accordingly converted to .JPG and cropped down to only the film image.
As our host indicates I do have plans to make caps from Nemo, Monsters, Bugs, and Toy Story, likely in that order. I might go ahead and grab some Nemo caps tonight. (I’m wanting a Bruce wallpaper)
I share these Incredibles caps because I share a fandom for not only Pixar but also fandom of a pure nutbar of a man with a funny avian name. (Think about it… Brad’s had ‘Bird Flu’ a few times in life I’m sure, and he’s ok… do we really need to worry?)
Enjoy the caps, and visit http://www.videolan.org to grab your own VLC Player. With a dvd-rom and VLC have a go at making your own screencaps. If anyone can make clean screens from ‘The Iron Giant’, I would love it….
Aren’t there legality issues associated with posting screen caps from movies? I’m pretty sure that Pixar wouldn’t be too happy to see these posted here.
