The folks over at SlashFilm have discovered an alternate version of the Toy Story 3 trailer that premiered earlier this fall!
The 1:25 promo is intended for international audiences so most of the new footage from the US trailer is shown with limited but notable differences. It cleverly reminds us why we love the Toy Story series through an opening montage but unfortunately excludes the scenes with young Andy and Spanish Buzz. In contrast, the clip featuring grown-up Andy and his mom talking about his "old toys" has been extended. Watch it below:
With Toy Story 3 (06/18/10) over 75% complete and promotion popping up everywhere, I can just tell 2010 is going to be an amazing year for us Pixar fans! In the remainder of 2009 we can expect some more tiny teases and tomorrow morning’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade featuring Buzz Lightyear!

Look at that amazing animation. With no “mo-cap” involved, it looks more alive and life like than the entire Zemeckis atrocity.
I truly can’t wait for this. I get this excited over the trailer…. I can only imagine how I’m going to get when they finally release a clip or some shorts online. Then when the movie comes out…. oh boy. Lol.
I can die happy. 😀
Gosh, my excitement for this movie just never dies down, does it?
Siding with that first comment there, also. You watch Pixar’s latest movie, say “oh man, no way they could top this, animation-wise!” …then the next year they prove you wrong. It’s amazing, actually…
