Toy Story 3 arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on November 2nd, 2010!
Awards: The Disney Awards site has been updated for 2010 and you know what that means… The awards season begins in just a couple of weeks, as do Academy screenings. The studio is pushing Toy Story 3 in the following categories: Best Picture, Animated Feature, Director and Adapted Screenplay.

Why “adapted” screenplay and not original?
Anonymous- I’m actually not sure, but I thought I’d point it out. It might be a typo on their part.

It is an adapted screenplay, it’s not a typo. That’s what they do for sequels, even if it is a completely original story.

Starting Oct 26th, I’m going to be out alot of money for Blu-Rays when it comes to toys, time machines, pirate treasure, video gamers, and blue aliens.
