Disney recently baffled media outlets with their announcement of a film titled Frozen, set for release on November 27, 2013.
Since the same date coincides with the planned release of The Untitled Pixar Movie About Dinosaurs, reports began surfacing that the Bob Peterson-directed film had finally received an official title. Subsequently, Disney denied this rumor, confirming that Frozen is not a Pixar production but instead Walt Disney Animation Studios’ adaptation of The Snow Queen.
This begs the question, when will we see the long awaited Pixar film starring a boy and his dinosaur? Our best guess would bump the movie one year forward, possibly taking the place of The Pixar Movie That Takes You Inside of the Mind in Disney’s release schedule. One thing is clear, yet another attempt to schedule two Pixar films in one year (Monsters University is also set for 2013) has been thwarted. Maybe it was never meant to be…

Was Pixar’s Untitled Dinosaur movie really the name of the movie. The logo looks legit.
The logo is official, it came from the D23 presentation. Let’s hope it’s pushed back and not cancelled!
oh bum. 🙁
I would like to say that Pixar might not want to release a movie that isn’t up to standard, but then they still released Cars 2 which was way below average (to put it kindly) so that doesn’t make sense.
Let’s hope that “Dinosaur” does not go the way of Newt since it looks awesome and they seem to have been in production for a long time. It couldn’t be any worse than Cars 2 really. But it doesn’t have the luxury of being directed by John Lasseter or guaranteed millions in merchandising so it’s easier to axe…
me: wow! “The untitled Pixar movie about DINOSAURS”
Of the next 4 announced Pixar films, I’m only excited about two:
— Monster University, because I think it will be a great comedy
— The Movie That Takes Place Inside A Mind – because it should be amazing since Pete Docter is directing
Not surprised if they put on hold the Dinosaur movie ..

It could be possible that Dinosaurs and Minds come out in the same year
