Following in a long line of Pixar Little Golden Books is Presto! The book is based on the Pixar short of the same name with illustrations by Teddy Newton, character designer on the 5 minute knee slapper. You can order it on Amazon.com for $2.99, and judging from past Pixar-related LG Books it’s definitely worth every penny.

Why would Pixar hire someone as “producer” who’s never produced anything before? Doesn’t sound good.
Anonymous, a lot of times the people who work on the short films are doing new jobs. Pixar likes to give their budding artists a chance to try different roles/higher jobs without doing it for a whole feature movie. A lot of times a short film is somebody’s first job in that field.
Anyways, love the cover. Alec looks adorable. 🙂
