Our friends over at One Movie, Five Views gave us the heads up on Toy Story 3’s official running time.
The main feature clocks in at 1:42:31 or 102 minutes. ‘3’s run time is considerably longer than its predecessors; the original lasting 81 minutes and the sequel reaching 92 minutes.
Day & Night follows Pixar’s standard theatrical short running time at 5 minutes and 57 seconds. Short and sweet! Nevertheless, Day & Night’s message is conveyed masterfully in the allotted time.
Also attached to the official TS3 reel is a trailer for Disney’s upcoming animated fairytale Rapunzel, er, Tangled. The latest WDAS trailer runs for 2:30.
No word on a Cars 2 trailer, although last year an "unexpected" Toy Story 3 trailer was added to Up’s reel.
Mission #3: Can’t get enough of the Toy Story Missions? Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head star in the third installment featuring movie clips and promo animation! Check it out over at CinemaBlend.
Update: Lee Unkrich tweets: Toy Story 3 received its rating from the MPAA today: G" Speculation put to rest.
Nice title cards, right? Your thoughts?

The Potato Heads look like they’re gonna be the funniest characters in the movie! 😀
Where did you get the logos from? I checked the Pixar Projection website and it hasn’t been updated.
I didn’t provide a link because Pixar hasn’t “activated” the site yet. If you find your way there then congrats. If not, sorry.
It’s up. I checked. There are MAJOR spoilers on the “Reels” page.
I saw you found it on the Forums side bar. I’m not sure if you should post that. but hey, you’re free to. Nothing’s a spoiler for me, I’ve seen it, but I’m affraid for everyone else.
I have no clue why but seeing those title cards boosted my excitement considerably…
Also, I’m a little surprised by the G rating! Somehow I think it’s for the better, though.

I just saw Toy Story 3 in Chicago and it was Superb, sorry 2 brag! Also, I’m very surprised by its G rating because (MINOR SPOILER IN A WAY) the movie had very intense moments for young viewers. I WILL be seeing this at least 2 more times because it was so DAMN good!
I’m excited to hear that they’re FINALLY showing the Tangled trailer. It’s about time. Day and Night is going to be awesome, in 3D! And Ratings don’t really matter to me because I’m 18, and don’t have children! But interesting to know.
