The opportunity to visit Pixar doesn’t come often, but you can always count on the annual Cartoon Art Museum benefit.
This year’s event will be held on November 6th, featuring screenings, guest speakers and a studio tour. Two distinct packages are now available — and they’re more affordable than you think!
Family Fun Tier (1:00-4:00 PM)
Enjoy Pixar’s gallery, stocked with original artwork from the Toy Story series, while your kids (or you!) learn to draw the studio’s characters from the pros! The Pixar theatre will be looping select shorts and the evening will end with a silent auction. Purchase tickets — Individual: $49/Family of four: $149
VIP Screening Tier (11:00 AM-4:00 PM)
Everything seen above is included plus… access to the Pixar Studio Store and a 3D screening of Toy Story 3/Day & Night hosted by Michael B. Johnson as well as other top talent. Speakers and snacks will be "provided" after the screening. Purchase tickets — Individual: $199
Learn more about the Cartoon Art Museum and this benefit at the official website. Tickets will not be sold at the door, so get them now!
Let us know if you’re attending!

This year has been full of so many things I haven’t been able to get to (or afford).
I’m going to hold off until the ‘Cars 2’ screening next year (does anyone know if access to the Studio Store is available to those who attend the charity screenings at the Emeryville studios?)
I don’t believe so, when I went to the TS3 screening for emeryed they started letting people in around 5:30ish, so the store was already closed and some of the items in the store were at the auction.
For the screening of Toy Story 3, The Pixar store was open during the San Francisco Film Society charity event. I bought a couple of shirts and a Day & Night cap.
