Sometimes, Pixar news comes in short, but meaningful bursts. Here’s an example—
Woody’s News Round-up is back! "So soon?":P
Legendary, Contemporary Directors: If Lee Unkrich hadn’t "made it" yet, he’s done so today. The Toy Story 3 director joins acclaimed helmers Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours) and Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight, Inception) in the Los Angeles Times billboard seen above. Lotso can’t help but take part!
Pixar 25 Years Extended: Who knew 25 years could last this long. The truth is, Pixar’s anniversary isn’t until February. Anyway, the Oakland Museum of California has extended its Pix-hibit, 25 Years of Animation, by adding more dates. Maybe you haven’t missed the gallery after all, although it does still end on January 9th. For new dates and times, check out The Contra Costa Times’ coverage.

I’m going to the Pixar exhibit this weekend, and Fenton’s Ice Cream and the Pixar Gates. I can’t wait!
Anonymous: Enjoy— and take lots’o pictures!! 😀
Unkrich made a good cartoon, but he’s certainly not in the same league as Christopher Nolan or Danny Boyle.
Ye be trollin’. Have a nice day.
“legendary” director? Hah!
Last Anon— You seemed to have missed the word “contemporary”, as in, he’s co-directed and directed 4 of the most critically acclaimed and popular animated movies of the day. I think that’s a big deal. Ha! 😛
