This is SO exciting. I’ve been waiting for a new teaser to come out ever since I saw the first one, which I loved but just made me want more Wall-E. My guess is that it will have some Comic-Con stuff as well but I didn’t have the good luck to go to that so it’ll all be new to me!
Shouldn’t those first 3 times listed be PM?
Indeed it should. Thanks 🙂
What is BVI?
BVI is Buena Vista International, Disney’s International distributing arm.
Thanks.
Can’t wait. With Andrew Stanton at the helm, no doubt WALL-E will have a strong story line and some good humor too 🙂
Oh crap! I gotta see this! It better not be one second of new footage!
What The Heck Victoria!?!?! Are you insane!?!?
BRING ON THE NEW FOOTAGE!!
What The Heck Victoria!?!?! Are you insane!?!?
BRING ON THE NEW FOOTAGE!!
Oops. Sorry Victoria. I thought you were saying:
“There better not be ANY new footage”
SORRY……………….
‘Ratatouille’ started in Germany today (in limited release). The ‘Wall-E’ teaser attached to it is *not* the one that ran in American theaters (or at least not the one that’s online at apple.com and other places). Could it be the “mystery” trailer (the regular start of the film in Germany is the 3rd/4th of October)?
It starts with the Pixar logo, slightly changed. The Lamp’s lightbulb blows out and Wall-E rolls in to repair it. The robot bumps against the R and transforms to form a replacement.
After that, there are a few seconds of new footage. Wall-E accidentally rolls over a cockroach or some such creature and looks quite sad (if I remember correctly), until he finds out that the cockroach survived. He appears to signal the insect to get out of his way (to safety). What follows is what we have already seen in the other teaser.
There was no new music from what I could hear, just Brazil.
If it’s the new teaser, that’s a pity. I had hoped for the scene that was shown on Comic-Con, with Wall-E caring for a plant. Though with Pixar doing their own promotion now, I guess it fits with their policy of revealing only very little before a film’s done.
the teaser is already available also in italian, at msn.it

I saw Ratatouille in Australia on Friday and thee new teaser was the one attatched, not the original ‘Stanton’ one. So apparently the ‘international embargo’ wasn’t so tight after all. 🙂
JUST WATCHED IT IN FRENCH!!
HA HA! Luxo is funny!
I also noticed the knew Disney logo…
Can’t wait!!
