I heard that Toys R Us will begin selling them later this year. Disney teamed up with a toy manufacturer to start making them but won’t hit stores until later this year. Its called the Ultimate Wall-E and is remote controlled and has a follow command. Check out http://www.UltimateWalle.com for updates.
