News Round-Ups Toy Story 3

As you know, June 18th is quickly approaching-

-So when our radars blow up with great content (that would normally warrant its own post) we try our hardest to get it on the blog as efficiently as possible.

For the sake of completeness, timeliness and relevancy, Round-Ups like these are born. Consider it ‘catching up.’ Enjoy!

Pixar Ad-ventures: It’s pretty well know that Pixar takes its content very seriously. The studio even struggles to keep tie-in ads true to their films, as noted by The Wrap. In ‘Toy Story 3 vs. Target’, Pixar’s advertisement technique is revealed through negotiations with the retail giant. Wrap’s full story includes the final spot (which made both parties happy) that currently airs on television.

Toy Search Story: Speaking of Toy Story 3 ads, check out this brand new Google Search Story promoting Pixar’s 11th feature. Keep reading because more news follows below.

Toy Story 4?: If Estelle Harris wants a fourth movie, it’s happening. Well, not really, says Lee Unkrich. See, the voice of Mrs. Potato Head recently joked with Movie Web about the prospect of another sequel in the series. I guess you’ll have to judge for yourself when Toy Story 3 lands in theatres.

Hanks and Allen Talk to ET: Tom Hanks and Tim Allen chat with Entertainment Tonight about their experience on all three Toy Story films. The interview, which was conducted at Pixar, focuses on the studio’s knack for producing "profound stuff." Watch the video here.

The Toys (Really) Come to Life: What if Toy Story was real? ‘3’ explores this idea, but a brand new video by ChrisCrossMedia takes the question in a whole ‘nother direction. Check out the (extremely accurate) live action re-enactment of Toy Story’s iconic opening on YouTube.

TS3 TV Spot Montage: I’ll leave you with a newly uploaded montage of Toy Story 3 TV Spots. Vote for your favorite!
