Upcoming Pixar reader Billy, points towards Bloggadocio, the personal blog of Pixar employee, Ian Steplowski. According to IMDB, Ian was a technical director on The Incredibles, has just finished up on Ratatouille and will be working with the character team on WALL-E next.

Two and a half years, two teams, too many character models to count, five-hundred-something rig and animsim fixes, a 2006 in which I scheduled just four scattered vacation days, and today I finally wrap from my second Pixar film, Ratatouille.
