Long time Pixar collaborator and voice-actor-extraordinaire, John Ratzenberger, turns 61 today. He was born on April 6, 1947 and has lent his voice to a character in every Pixar film to date. He is considered the company’s lucky charm.

I’m quite surprised that he’s turning sixty-one, as he doesn’t look a day over forty, if even. To make matters more puzzling: If he’s sixty-one, then I wonder how old his son is? He must be older than I thought — in his twenties, perhaps….*
*Mr. Ratzenberger’s son attends the college I go to, which explains how I know him. If his dad is as nice as he is than I wouldn’t mind meeting Mr. John. 🙂
