Upcoming Pixar reader, lindbb7, sent in a set of photos taken at the animation building at Disney Studios recently. The photos include pictures of early Toy Story art and models, as well as pictures of the WALL•E exhibit which include some storyboards and pictures.

Son of a gun… I have to go there now!
My mom has a good chance of getting hired by Disney Studios soon, so I may just be able to visit the lot with her should she receive a position there. (prays)
Nice exhibit. As a part of the Magic of Disney Animation Tour, a short trailor is shown just before entering the exhibit shown above- (I don’t know if this has already been mentioned..) – It’s a trailer I have yet to see anywhere else. It starts out with Andrew Stanton walking out talking about the film (not to be confused with the original trailer narrorated by Andrew). The best part is the footage I have never seen elsewhere. In part of it Wall-E is on top of one of many huge skyscraper-like towers of trash cubes. Connected to each tower are large escalator-like ramps. Plus there is bird’s-eye shot of a large area of trash being cleared away over time.
