Ok, either something went wrong, or so many people started downloading at one time. The short was up for a few minutes, and it is already off! Haha.
This purchase is a no-brainer. Click. Done.
@Anon, the download worked just fine for me. Watching it right now. Awesome!
Anyone willing to share the high resolution presto picture included in the Presto file?
Just check the illustration tab once you click get info.
If your talking about the poster? you can download the High Res. version here!

Well, actually if you look at the itunes page what they have is slightly different than the offcial poster you have.
Thanks
Wow, seriously? That was quick.
I’m gonna wait to get it with the DVD though. I don’t usually buy media off the internet. I like hard copies.
How come it says it’s no longer available? 🙁
I can’t buy it either. It just says:
The item you tried to buy is no longer available.
The availability of the item changed while you were using the store. The same item may be available with a different price or elsewhere on the store.
Why did they remove it?
Why can’t I buy it? When I log in, it says that I need a US itunes account, then when I try to sign up for one, it wouldn’t let me. Hopefully it comes to the Canadian Store soon (but, heck, we still can’t buy Lifted yet, even though I have two copies of that one- one on the Ratatouille Blu-ray, the other on the Short Films Collection Blu-ray).
It worked for me finally. If you were having problems before, try again now.
Mister Incredible – If you don’t live in the US, you are not allowed to have a US iTunes store account. Or at least you can only have an account in one country. Since you already have an account for the Canadian iTunes store, you can’t make one in another country’s iTunes store.
Are there any other Pixar or Disney shorts on the Canadian store?
At least you’ve got Ratatouille on Blu-ray. It’s got some pretty cool special features that weren’t on the DVD, plus it’s in gorgeous HD!
Well the post clearly states USA only! If you don’t have a US account you can’t buy it. Regarding those having problems with buying although you do have a US account I had someone look into it.
and it should be fixed.
I eventually got it to download yesterday! Can’t stop watching it! YAY! 🙂
Thanks for letting them know, guido. It worked now!
If you want to buy the short but aren’t in the US you still can with this work around:
1. buy a US iTunes gift card from eBay
2. Once you get the redeem code go to the US iTunes store and click redeem.
3. enter the code and fill in a US based address and phone number (I googled a Macdonalds in Colorado)
4. Click “none” for your credit card details
5. And you’re done, you should now be able to access and buy items from the US iTunes store.
