Comic Book Resources has gotten exclusive preview pages for the highly anticipated The Incredibles Comics and we’ve uncovered some new art for The Incredibles and Cars series’!
The Incredibles: Family Matters is a 4 part series revolving around Mr. Incredible’s mid-life crisis. The first issue follows everyone’s favorite superhero family as they fight a new villain named Futurion and meet friendly new neighbors, a perfect blend of the fantastic and mundane. You can see all four collectible covers here, and pictured to the right is the limited edition The Incredibles #1 Cover E.
Following that issue is part two where "Mr. Incredible faces his most dangerous challenge yet—the loss of his powers… [Then he] takes a terrifying trip to Doc Sunbright, an eccentric doctor who treats superheroes!" You can check out the two new covers here and here.
They’ve also released covers for part three in which "Mr. Incredible is…GROUNDED… [because he’s] become threat to the team’s safety… [and has prematurely retired] from crime fighting!" Covers can be seen here and here.
The books (which are looking awesome) go on sale March 25th from BOOM! Studios. You can pre-order it here for $2.99 or you can also get a subscription for books 1-4 signed by writer Mark Waid for $49.99.
Cars: Don’t forget The World of Cars Comics are also coming soon to book stores! The first series is called The Rookie and follows Lightning McQueen’s rise to stardom! From his days as "Bulldozer" McQueen, to how he met and befriended Mack, and of course his first big race, this series is just like a prequel to the 2006 Pixar film Cars.
Check out the new covers for Part 2 and Three here and a preview of content from Part 1 here. You can also pre-order these books now, they retail for $2.99!

Can you put up a direct link to pre order the comics please? I can’t seem to find it..
On the BOOM! Studios website, search The Incredibles on that page, look under the cover art and you’ll see a link that says Add to Cart, click on that and make the transaction. You can also try other comic book specialty sites and/or your local book or comic and collectibles store.
Thanks, I found it now, do the cars comics come out the same day as the incredibles?
That was previously reported but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be the case, you can pre-order The World of Cars though.
I tried pre-ordering the Cars comics and it said they weren’t available, but when I went to pre-order incredibles everything went fine
