Notes and Predictions: By Thursday we should see an addition of around $60 million to this past weekend’s total. In any case, Toy Story 3 will surely become the fastest Pixar film to cross the $162 million domestic gross of A Bug’s Life. Next weekend should put Toy Story 3 past its 1995 counterpart ($191M) and possibly past Ratatouille‘s $206 million domestic total. As with any predictions, this can only come true if you guys buy tickets!
Critic’s Corner: Another ‘Rotten’ review (now three in total) has dropped Toy Story 3’s Tomatometer to 98% ‘Fresh’ approval rating — still excellent. Oh, and if you were wondering how many positive reviews there are, Rotten Tomatoes has counted 170 as of this post! The film’s Metascore is currently at 91.

I hope it passes the 1 billion dollar barrier! It deserves it! ice age 3 got to 800 million and toy story 3 was way better and more popular.
Yeah I agree. The first Ice Age was a nice film. Second and third were bad. Toy Story just blows them away.
