It’s unmistakable: Toy Story 3 has become a huge success! But now that an entire month has passed since release, day to day tracking isn’t as exciting as it used to be.
On that note, this will be the last Weekday Report to cover Pixar’s 11th. We won’t leave you hanging, though. Box Office Buzz continues next weekend as regularly scheduled. Check back for daily updates:
Monday: $1,891,284
Tuesday: $2,064,125
Wednesday: $1,761,406
Thursday: $1,816,846
Today’s Cumulative Domestic Gross: $370,499,039
Notes and Predictions: Toy Story 3 still has a ton of showtimes throughout the day at my local theatre — even after a month in release! I have a feeling we’ll see Toy Story 3 quietly rise even higher than anyone expected…

We’re going to be getting into shaky ground pretty soon. As the Holiday season approaches, I’d figure in the next couple weeks, Disney/PIXAR willl announce the home video release date…and that’ll start tanking the numbers.
That happened with Nemo in 2003.
