A brief scene from Pixar’s 10th feature film Up has been posted on Sony Insider. The video is a continuation of the footage shown in the Disney Channel preview featuring Carl and Russell dragging the house in the jungle. Although I do not suspect this to be spoilerific, watch at your own discretion below:

Funny, the voices were clearly not those of the credited cast members. Russel indeed, sounds very much like Lou Romano of Ratatouille fame. Especially odd is why they would use temp tracks at this point in the animation when temp tracks are replaced by the time full scale animation is embarked upon, so that the actor’s real dialog can be animated to match. When was this footage shown, I wonder.
I was just going to post the same thing. That was strange, considering we’ve already heard a part of the scene with the real voices put in. Though I’ll never argue about hearing Lou Romano. He’s pretty awesome 🙂
Ummm… I actually think that’s Pete Sohn playing Russell. He’s the PIXAR animator who voiced Emile in Ratatouille.
The final film will obviously have the same actor from the official trailer.
It is interesting to see them show the fully animated clip with the scratch voice. I hope the background music is part of the score, because if it is I know I’m really going to like it. It just really fits the scene.
BTW, the clip is gone. Didn’t think it would survive too long since not only was it part of the film but it was a test of it…
