This whole week, ABC’s The View has been broadcasting their show from the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California.
Today, the guests included, Patrick Dempsey, Disney CEO Bob Iger, WALL•E (the animatronic version), and of course John Lasseter, who introduced a short clip from Pixar’s 10th feature. The audience went home with the WALL•E DVD, a charter membership to D23 and a copy of Up: The Video Game for the Wii.
Here we have a picture of the cover straight from the telecast, it’s very well designed and exciting, this should catch shopper’s eyes.
A beautiful Disney•Pixar montage played (where this new picture from Up is from; click to view larger) and when it was done, John Lasseter came in with a bunch of balloons in hand to promote Up. He talked about his history at The Walt Disney Company and at Pixar, with his usual, but always funny, story about being a hopper on The Jungle Cruise.
You can watch the whole show streaming on ABC.com now!
(Thanks Bryko614 and Mitch from the Pixar Planet Forums)
Note: Dont’ forget to check out the concept art from Partly Cloudy, playing in front of Up presumably in Disney Digital 3D, in our updated post.
More Pixar on TV: Disney Channel will play a preview of Up during Cars this Saturday. Read more here.

I watched the show this morning just for the Pixar-related bits, and I must say that I loved all of the “Up”-based information presented. John Lasseter was entertaining, as always; the cover art for the “Up” video game is awesome; and the Pixar montage was lovely. Great stuff!
You’re welcome for the image, by the way. =)
damn USA only for video 🙁
Oh why are you making me watch the view!? lol
