Toy Story 3 Screening for Diabetes Research!

News Toy Story 3

I’m willing to bet that everyone who’s reading this blog is pretty excited to see Toy Story 3.

I think it’s also safe to say that each and every one of us knows someone with diabetes. So how great would it be if you got to see Pixar’s latest while funding research to cure this unfortunate disease?

John and Nancy Lasseter have set up a studio visit opportunity that does just that! See, one of the Lasseter’s sons, Sam, has type 1 diabetes and it’s quite a burden for him. Luckily, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is out to find a solution.

By buying admission to the May 22nd gala event, you can help be part of the solution for all afflicted people. Tickets go for $1,000 dollars with other corporate sponsorship opportunities available, purchase yours here.

Visiting Pixar, helping a great cause, watching Toy Story 3 — that would make anyone feel proud. If you personally can’t help, please pass this on to anyone who can. Also, make sure to read the Lasseter family’s moving plea.

For more information visit JDRF’s website. While there, you can also donate to diabetes research or bid in their upcoming auction.
