Action-Figure.com has four Up prototypes on their website.
The rough action figures include Carl Fredricksen, Russell, Dug, and Kevin, all of whom appear in the second poster. The toys are being produced by Jun Planning, a Japanese toy maker who is breaking out into the American market. The vinyl figures, unveiled at New York Comic Con, will include "Mini-Action Figures, PVC Mascot Sets, and Char-Cororin Remote Control" variations.
I can’t wait to see the final figures coming out late this Spring!

Update: Acme Trendz has more mini action figures from Up!
These include all of the characters mentioned above but they look a lot more refined than the previous versions. There’s an angry Carl, a super-deformed Carl, a Dug soft vinyl toy, a Kevin mini action figure, a Russell mini action figure and a super deformed Russel.
These figures are also from Jun Planning. See them here.

Those are all pretty lame toys, to be honest. Looking forward to the movie, but I expect far better looking toys than this. Hopefully, these are only part of a much larger line.
Don’t count on it, I hear UP will have a lot less money going into their merchandising in general because they (the toy affiliates) don’t feel kids will want to own a crusty old man as a toy.
I think they’ll be taking the money saved on the lacking UP merch and use it on Toy Story 3.
Kyle’s right, toy makers aren’t as confident in Up as… say, Cars for obvious reasons. They’re saving up money for the big sequel.
The action figures will still be cool to collect and have around your room, though.
These photos are very early prototypes. I hear that the models (especially for the action figures) will be updated significantly. The toy line seems to be geared more for collectors, which makes sense for such a unique film…there will also be plush for the kids. The general toy buyers will all be clamoring for Up product after they see the amazing film!
I will get these if they look good in the end!
