It made big bucks, audiences loved it, critics loved it, what’s NOT to love. Of course I’m talking about the Best Reviewed Movie of 2008, WALL•E!
Rotten Tomatoes has just named their picks for the Golden Tomato Awards, based on hundreds of proffesional critic’s votes of the best (and worst) films of this past year. Our favorite little robot is not alone amongst the Lamp’s masterpieces, as you may remember Ratatouille was also 2007’s best reviewed movie and this is Pixar’s 5th time in 10 years winning. On top of that WALL•E was awarded the Best Reviewed Animated Film, a Pixar staple.

Man, they just keep raking in the awards, and rightly so. Let’s see if WALL-E can nab an Oscar this February….
Again this year? That’s amazing. How this would not get nominated for Best Picture is beyond me…
