The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has just announced their nominees for the British Academy Film Awards.
WALL•E was nominated amongst Persepolis and Waltz With Bashir for Best Animated Feature. It was also nominated for Music (Thomas Newman) and Sound (Ben Burtt, Tom Myers, Michael Semanick, Matthew Wood). Winners will be announced February 8th and the event will be televised on BBC 1 and 2 in the UK.

All these awards are leading up to the Oscars which will have nominations announced in less than a week, January 22nd to be exact.
