Toys come alive — out of Andy’s room and into your computer!
Head on over to the official Toy Story 3 website to check out the page’s newest addition; character loops from the TS gang! Even some of the newly revealed toys have their own animation for you to check out! You may remember something similar on the Up site only it lacks sound.
Each clip replaces the still shots found after clicking on a particular character on the home page. They work well to introduce visitors to each toy’s personality which is especially useful with the new additions. As you can imagine, I was excited to see Lotso and Ken (who’s as self obsessed as ever) included, although Peas and Buttercup still don’t have an animation. With all that said, my favorite to watch is definitely Rex!

I like buzz’s loop, I also like lotso little wink in the middle of his loop
These loops look amazing! Andy doesn’t have a loop, but you can see a sticker with the Monsters Inc. logo on the black case on a shelf behind him. And there is a yellow “Newt X-ing” sticker on the door.

Haha, I love all of their loops! I also like how it seems as if they know you are looking at something. (Even though it’s just the timing being on my side, but it was amusing.)
For example; When I clicked on Buzz’s, he didn’t do much moving until I started scrolling his bio up and down, that’s when he started nodding in approval and he did the same when I looked at the trivia. When I went to Jessie’s page she pretty much just smiled and looked at her name, then the minute I clicked on her trivia question, she looked down then up and did that cute little winking thing that she always does. With Woody he did the same thing, but when I clicked on his trivia he tipped his hat down. The other characters do things as well and it’s pretty cute! I can imagine that later on all the characters will be doing their own thing and maybe the current ones will do something new. 🙂

No, it doesnt mean a thing, this was done way before we got wind of Newt being canceled. of course, its not official just yet, and I bet their still thinking up ways to revive it eventually, but dont assume a cameo means anything. now if its mentioend in the Toy Story 3 commentary then you might be on to something.
